Using Booking Studio

Booking Studio provides industry-specific booking, requests and daily-operation tools. Businesses manage their own services, availability, prices and customer agreements.

Subscription and activation

Booking Studio access is ₹399 for 30 days, plus applicable taxes. Activation and renewal require operator approval. Account creation does not activate paid access. This release does not automatically charge subscriptions or process customer payments.

Customer requests

Online submissions are requests. They do not guarantee availability, reserve a time or confirm an order. The business must speak with the customer, agree the details and confirm.

Business responsibility

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their published information, staff access, customer communications and applicable cancellation arrangements. Manual payment entries record money received elsewhere.

Product boundaries

Booking Studio is not a medical-record system, POS, full inventory system, learning-management system or property-transaction service. WhatsBot is a separately purchased, optional product.
