Information you provide

Account and business details support your workspace. Booking and order requests may include contact information, relevant answers and photos provided to the business. A demo or contact form stores the information you submit so Infyny Labs can respond.

Businesses and their customers

Businesses control their offerings, staff permissions and customer work records. If you requested a booking or order with a business, contact that business about changes to the request or its records.

How requests are used

Demo and contact details are used to answer the request. Submitting the form does not request unrelated marketing messages. Protected customer reference photos are separate from published product photos.

Accounts and optional connections

Sessions support signed-in access. WhatsBot linking requires owner approval and shares necessary booking information through the product connection. Passwords and product accounts remain separate.
